Inside Athletics is a great show you may not have heard of unless you're currently competing OR hardcore track like me haha. The show covers various aspects of the sport as well as interview a new track and field professional every week. I chose to post New Zealander Valarie Adams' interview because her brother was just drafted into the National Basketball League in the United States. During the draft broadcast they even mentioned Valarie and her Olympic medals. I was pretty proud! :)
I have to admit, I'm not usually a field fan but I couldn't resist because of the connection. Valerie also had such an interesting story to tell. One you'd never guess just by looking.
